Ricci soliton and contact homogeneous hypersurfaces in noncompact symmetric spaces,

Abstract

Lie hypersurfaces in noncompact symmetric spaces are homogeneous real hypersurfaces without focal submanifolds, which provide several nice examples, such as Einstein, Ricci soliton, and contact manifolds. In this talk, we deal with Lie hypersurfaces in complex hyperbolic spaces and also in noncompact two-plane Grassmannians. In particular, the latter case contains a realization of some contact metric manifolds with nullity conditions. This talk is based on joint works with Jong Taek Cho, Takahiro Hashinaga, Akira Kubo, and Yuichiro Taketomi.
