(1) Programs
Sunday, January 9 is the arrival day and Friday, January 14 is the departure day. The scientific
program will begin on Monday, January 10 and end on Thursday, January 13. The program will consist
of ten 50-minute plenary talks, three 50-minute lecture talks, and up to 45 25-minute contributed
talks on three parallel sessions. Up to 24 12-minute talks by graduate students will be scheduled
on Monday. If we have many applicants for student talks, then we may change some contributed talks
into student talks. There will be a guided tour Thursday Afternoon.

(3) Registration
All participants from China and Korea should make registration in advance via the program committee
of their country by October 10, 2010.
For Japanese participants: Click HERE.
People from the countries other than China, Korea and Japan should contact Makoto Sakuma by October
10, 2010.
(4) Scale
We expect 20-25 persons from China, 20-25 persons from Korea, about 50 persons from Japan, and a few
persons from the countries other than China, Korea and Japan. Roughly half of participants are
graduate students.
(5) Support for people from China and Korea
Room and board will be provided for up to 25 persons from China and up to 25 persons from Korea. They
should make registration in advance via the program committee of China and Korea by October 10, 2010.
(6) Support for people from Japan
There will be an announcement later.
(7) Accommodation
For people from China and Korea, rooms will be reserved at the Faculty Club "Gakushi-Kaikan" in
Hiroshima University, and Saijo Hakuwa Hotel. Japanese participants should make hotel reservations
themselves.
